This notice explains how Focus Force Pty Ltd handles information provided through the FOCO marketing website. The FOCO product itself transmits no data from the horse. This page concerns only website interactions.
We collect the information you submit through the Register Interest form: full name, email address, role, country, and any message you choose to include. We record the date and time of submission.
We use your information to contact you about the FOCO product and its Melbourne rollout, and to send you updates about structured evaluation and trial availability.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties beyond service providers required to operate our email and lead systems.
Registrations submitted through this MVP site are stored in your browser's local storage. Server-side lead capture will be introduced ahead of public trials.
